Build uncoupled spin operators \(\mathbf{J}_1,\mathbf{J}_2\) in the coupled basis.
- Parameters:

double) – First total spin \(j_1\)j2 (
double) – Second total spin \(j_2\)
- Returns:
Cells of 3 matrices for each spin (x,y,z) in the \(|j,m\rangle\) basis
