Compute coupled total angular momenta \(j_3=|j_1-j_2|,\dots,j_1+j_2\).

Parameters:

• j1 (double) – First total spin \(j_1\)

• j2 (double) – Second total spin \(j_2\)

Returns:

Vector of allowed \(j_3\)
